Monstera Dubia

£ 24.99

Monstera dubia is a tropical plant that is native to Central and South America. It is a vining plant that produces small, glossy, heart-shaped leaves. Here are some care tips for Monstera dubia:

  1. Light: Monstera dubia prefers bright, indirect light. It can tolerate some direct sunlight, but too much direct sunlight can scorch the leaves.
  2. Water: Monstera dubia likes to be kept consistently moist but not soggy. Water the plant when the top inch of soil is dry to the touch. Make sure the pot has good drainage, as Monstera dubia does not like to sit in water.
  3. Humidity: Monstera dubia likes high humidity, so it’s a good idea to mist the leaves regularly or place a humidifier near the plant.
  4. Temperature: Monstera dubia likes warm temperatures between 18-29°C. It can tolerate slightly cooler temperatures, but avoid exposing the plant to temperatures below 13°C.
  5. Soil: Monstera dubia likes well-draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Use a soil mix that contains peat moss, perlite, and/or vermiculite.
  6. Fertilizer: Feed Monstera dubia every 2-4 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer.
  7. Pruning: Prune Monstera dubia to control its size and shape. You can also propagate the plant by taking stem cuttings and rooting them in water or soil.

Please note: All plants are unique and so may not appear exactly like that in the photos, but will be of a similar size and variety. Ceramic pot just for visual purpose, plant supplied in plastic nursery pot.
