This semi succulent trailing vine has cascades of tiny heart shaped foliage with a pink tone to the underside adding to that sweet heart feel. Though not strictly a succulent, this plant does store water in its leaves and as such is pretty easy plant to care for. This plant is therefore drought tolerate but for best results keep the soil slight moist. Position the plant in bright spot, providing morning sunshine is best for enhancing the colours in the leaves. Take time to gently unwind.
